Our spare rib joint is the old fashioned spare rib - not the Chinese type...A joint cut from the shoulder it's best when cooked very slowly - approximately 3 to 4 hours at a low temperature. We include a little force-meat stuffing.

Tenderloin

Tenderloin is the fillet steak of pork. Can be done any way you like. Always a success!
