Joints for roasting or braising

These cuts are all for roasting. They should be cooked in a very hot oven for a short amount of time. We recommend a very hot oven for 15 minutes per pound plus 15 minutes. The meat should then be well rested before carving.

We include some bones and home-made beef dripping free of charge with every order.
